Shanghai Meite Curtain Wall System Co., Ltd. was established in August 1993, jointly invested and founded by Singapore AMTRONIC Group and Shanghai Building Materials Group. Development History

1993

On August 5, 1993, amtronic (private) Co., Ltd. of Singapore and Shanghai Building Materials Group jointly established Shanghai Meite building materials Hi Tech Co., Ltd.
1994

On January 8, 1994, with the approval of the relevant departments, the company increased its capital, expanded its shares and expanded its business scope: a total investment of 8.6 million US dollars; the company introduced a number of world-class modern production lines and equipment from Germany, the United States, Italy and Japan, covering an area of more than 50 mu. Address: No. 637, Yaohua Road, Pudong, Shanghai.
1998

In 1998, the company "design processing construction integration" contracted to build Lujiazui, Pudong: Shanghai Jiaoyin financial building full unit combined curtain wall project, with a building height of 258m. It won the Luban Award, the highest award of Chinese architecture, and the Magnolia Award of Shanghai high quality project. In 2002, the construction land was replaced because the country hosted the Shanghai World Expo. The company will move to Qingpu Industrial Park. Tongji University architectural design and Research Institute is entrusted with overall design. Office buildings and production plants with curtain wall characteristics are designed, constructed and processed by our company.
2005

In 2005, the company moved to Qingpu Industrial Park, Shanghai. The new base covers an area of more than 150 mu, with 30000 m2 modern curtain wall and aluminum alloy doors and windows production and assembly workshop, 5000 m2 warehouse and 6000 m2 office building. From 2006 to 2012, the company was rated as one of the top 50 enterprises in China (mainland) curtain wall industry by curtain wall engineering committee of China Building Decoration Association according to its comprehensive strength, and the company was rated as the third for six consecutive years, becoming one of the top 10 enterprises in curtain wall innovation in China.
2010

In October 2010, lixil group of Japan (the top 500 companies in the world) took a share in Meite curtain wall. From then on to November 2015, the total investment reached US $110086800, with a registered capital of US $36695600. During this period, we obtained patents for gt-m high-end dry process unit glass curtain wall and 3-degree inclined glass curtain wall.
2016

In March 2016, Mr. Yu Guoling, the founder of the company, together with Singapore shareholders, contributed to buy back all the shares of Meite curtain wall held by lixil group of Japan. In 2017, a one-stop service platform will be established to build a comprehensive system service provider for building facade. In cooperation with the international well-known system door and window platform supplier, Shanghai mettel Energy Co., Ltd. was established to build the existing curtain wall service center.
2018

In 2018, the company set up a lighting business department, successfully obtained lighting qualification, and committed to the professional field of curtain wall lighting integration. In 2018, the information management platform was fully launched to realize standardized management of business management. In 2018, as the only curtain wall company, it participated in the "first China International Import Expo". Up to now, it has won 12 national awards, 28 Shanghai Magnolia awards, 11 Luban awards and more than 120 national patents.
